All areas of the aquarium can be reached either by elevator or lifts. Wheelchairs are available at no cost and closed captioning is offered for those with hearing needs. Guests with visual impairments can use touch to experience many of the exhibits.

    Winter is always slower at the aquarium, and late afternoons between 2 and 6pm are usually a lot less crowded. During the busy summer months, try visiting on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday.
